Very interested to know how low you went on the KWs? Are they DDCs? Have a similar set up with 22s and KW DDCs, cant go lower than 2.5cm front and back due to rubbing. Wider fender would fix that though

Do the fenders sit on the OEM fender flares, or you remove those i.e. do you gain any clearance on the wheel arches?
